Its components (B vitamins) contribute:

Ingredients
Sucrose, water; preservative: potassium sorbate; niacin (nicotinamide), inositol; acidifier: citric acid; flavoring, pantothenic acid (calcium pantothenate), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin, maltodextrin, sodium citrate), vitamin B2 (sodium riboflavin-5'-phosphate), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).
