APRICOT CROISSANT

Description
Low-protein apricot-filled baked confectionery product. Food for special medical purposes indicated for the dietary management of: chronic renal failure (nephropathy), congenital metabolic disorders (phenylketonuria/PKU), or other diseases that require a low-protein diet, protein residue less than 2%, low in phosphorus, potassium and phenylalanine. In the case of chronic renal failure, it is recommended to follow a diet with a reduced intake of proteins, potassium and phosphorus; the level of phenylalanine contained in this product makes it suitable for a diet with a low and controlled intake of this amino acid.

Ingredients
Water, rice starch, apricot filling 11% (glucose fructose syrup, apricot puree 35% - the percentage of apricot puree refers to the filling - sucrose; gelling agent: pectin; concentrated lemon juice; acidity regulators: citric acid; sodium citrate; preservative: potassium sorbate; flavourings; colouring: paprika extract; water), sunflower oil, sugar; thickeners: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, guar flour; xanthan gum, yeast, fructose, dried sourdough (rice flour), dextrose, alcohol; emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, rice flour, brown rice flour, vegetable fibres (pea, potato, psyllium, bamboo, flax seeds), iodised salt, flavourings.

May contain traces of: eggs , soy , nuts , mustard , sesame seeds, lupins .
