How to use:
Take 1 capsule before breakfast for one week. Then take 1 capsule before breakfast and 1 capsule before lunch. Proceed for periods of 1 to 3 months, to be repeated in the dynamic phases of weight loss and where positive reinforcement is necessary in the phases of regression or demotivation (relapse).
Warnings:
Since the reduced presence of carbohydrates can lead to an incomplete and less efficient use of lipids, restrictive low-carbohydrate diets should be avoided as they can reduce metabolism and make the product inefficient.
Precautions Green tea catechins and policosanols may reduce platelet aggregation, therefore subjects taking antiplatelet and anticoagulant drugs or with a genetic or acquired predisposition to bleeding should be particularly cautious when using nutraceuticals containing these substances. In addition, supplementation with green tea catechins and policosanols should be stopped before any surgery. Keep out of reach of children under 5 years of age. Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
