Macro Lax

Description
Class 2a medical device based on Macrogol 3350.
Indicated in cases of chronic constipation and in cases of intestinal irregularities. Thanks to the osmotic effect of Macrogol 3350, it determines the rehydration and softening of the fecal mass, accelerating intestinal transit by promoting peristalsis and facilitating evacuation in a natural way. It is not absorbed or metabolized at the intestinal level, it does not ferment at the intestinal level, it does not irritate the mucosa and is eliminated with the feces in an unchanged form.

Ingredients
Macrogol 3350, fructose, flavouring; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide. Each sachet contains 5 g of Macrogol 3350.

How to use
Shock therapy for constipation:
take for up to 5 days.
From 6 months to 2 years: 1/2-2 sachets per day.
From 2 to 4 years: 2-3 sachets per day.
From 5 years: 3-4 sachets per day.
Maintenance therapy:
maximum therapy cycle of 28 days.
Do not continue treatment beyond 28 days.
Do not exceed the maximum dose of 4 sachets per day.
From 6 months to 2 years: 1/2-1 sachet per day.
From 2 to 4 years: 1 sachet per day.
From 5 years: 2 sachets per day.

Warnings
The use of the medical device must be considered a complementary and temporary treatment to be associated with a healthy lifestyle and a varied and balanced diet suitable for constipation. It is recommended to take it away from meals. Take away from the intake of medications because accelerating intestinal transit could negatively affect their effectiveness. In the case of other therapies in progress, consult your doctor before taking NutriRegular Macro-Lax.
Do not exceed the recommended dose. In case of overdose, severe abdominal pain, diarrhea with probable electrolyte disturbances due to dehydration caused by excessive evacuation may occur. In case of suspected overdose, contact your pediatrician/doctor immediately.
Do not take with other medications as it accelerates intestinal transit and may negatively affect their effectiveness. If you are undergoing other therapies, and in particular for cortisone treatments, consult your doctor before taking the product.
Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to one or more components. Do not use in children under 6 months.
Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Consult your doctor before using the product. Pregnancy and breastfeeding: use only on medical prescription. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact with eyes, wash the affected area with water. Do not take in case of hypersensitivity to the product, gastric or gastrointestinal lesions, obstructions or perforations, Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis and other inflammatory diseases of the gastrointestinal tract. Do not use after the expiry date indicated on the package and sachet. Do not use in case of damaged packaging. Do not take the partially used and opened sachet after a long time, as the integrity and microbiological characteristics of the product are not guaranteed. Avoid using it at the same time as products with the same intended use unless prescribed by a doctor. Do not dispose of the package in the environment after use.
