Description
Food supplement based on melatonin that helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep, griffonia and eschscholzia that promote relaxation, even in case of stress. Melatonin is also useful for alleviating the effects of jet lag.
Ingredients
Bulking agent: dicalcium phosphate; California poppy (Eschscholtzia californica Cham.) flowering tops ext. at 0.2% in protopine, bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; Griffonia (Griffonia simplicifolia (dc.) Baill.) seeds ext. tit. at 98% in 5-hydroxytryptophan, stabilizers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, cross-linked sodium carboxymethyl cellulose; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; melatonin.
Free from gluten, lactose, preservatives and GMOs.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet per day shortly before going to bed.
Warnings
Follow the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be considered as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. It is recommended not to take during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Do not take in case of known sensitivity to one of the components. The product must be kept out of reach of children under 3 years of age. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.
