How to use
You can take 1 to 5 capsules per day depending on your specific needs, as follows:
-1 Capsule per day (400 mg of EPA + 300 mg of DHA) which is useful for normal heart function, normal brain function and normal vision.
-3 Capsules per day (1.2 g of EPA + 900 mg of DHA) which contribute to the maintenance of normal levels of triglycerides in the blood.
-5 Capsules per day (2 g of EPA + 1.5 g of DHA) which contribute to the maintenance of normal blood pressure.
