Ingredients
Ascorbic acid (vitamin C), lactoferrin, bovine colostrum, grapefruit seed extract [Citrus maxima (Burm.) Merr.], zinc gluconate, quercetin, copper gluconate, lycopene, cholecalciferol (vitamin D), bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 capsule per day, swallowed with a large glass of water.
