How to use
1. Pull the outer ear up and back to straighten the ear canal and ensure a proper, comfortable fit.
2. Carefully insert the plug into the ear canal, twisting and moving it slightly.
3. When inserted correctly, the earplug should have a snug fit, all flanges should be inside the ear canal, and the surrounding noise level should be significantly reduced. If the earplug does not fit well, it is recommended to try a different size. Do not insert the earplug too deeply. It should always be possible to grasp and remove it.
Removal: To avoid pain and/or damage to the ear canal/eardrum, gently twist the earplugs as you slowly remove them.
Expected duration: 150 hours.

Earplugs must be worn, adjusted and stored according to the instructions. Failure to follow the instructions may seriously impair their function and protection. Some chemicals may have an adverse effect on the product. Further information should be obtained from the manufacturer. Noisy environments require the use of earplugs in all cases.
