Gentle arch support to reduce pressure from flat feet and raised support to cushion the forefoot.
Provides immediate help in absorbing shock that causes tension in the lower body. Wraps the feet to redistribute weight more evenly and reduce pressure. It also helps stabilize the foot strike to support the natural gait pattern.

How to use
Before use, check that the product fits well in the shoe. The front end of the insole should be at the base of the toes. The back end may not touch the back of the shoe.
Some people may find it takes some time before the Pain Relief Insoles feel comfortable. Your feet need to get used to the structural properties of the insole, so you may need to adjust gradually. If necessary, gradually increase the number of hours you wear the Pain Relief Insoles each day until you are wearing them all day.
Replace the product when it shows signs of wear or deterioration.
