Rehydrated mashed potato powder 70% (water, potato flakes 18%, potatoes 99%; emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids; flavourings), corn flour, potato starch, corn starch, rice flour, salt; acidity regulator: lactic acid; preservative: ascorbic acid; flavouring.

Pour the gnocchi into lightly salted boiling water and drain them when they rise to the surface.
Conservation
Store away from heat sources and do not expose to direct sunlight.
