Melatonin helps reduce the time required to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.
Ingredients
Stabilizer: glycerol; demineralized water; emulsifier: polysorbate 80; acidity regulator: sodium bicarbonate; melatonin; emulsifier: conjugated linoleic acid.
Gluten free.
Naturally lactose free.
