Ingredients
MSM (methyl sulfonyl methane), Serenoa repens (W. Bartram) Small. fruit dry extract 45% total fatty acids; coating: food gelatin capsule; Camellia sinensis (L.) Kuntze (green tea) leaves dry extract 98% polyphenols of which 40% EGCG (epigallocatechin gallate); anti-caking agent: calcium phosphate; Pinus pinaster Ait. bark dry extract 99% phytosterols-75% beta-sitosterols, zinc oxide, Elaeis guineensis Jacq. oil 20% total tocotrienols powder, copper gluconate; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; biotin.

How to use
Take 1 capsule daily with water, preferably with meals.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years. Do not consume a daily amount equal to or greater than 800 mg of (-)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate. The product should not be consumed if other products containing green tea are consumed on the same day. The product should not be consumed on an empty stomach. The product should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women and by minors under 18 years of age. Use is not recommended for women of childbearing age and pre-pubescent subjects of both sexes. Food supplements should not be considered as substitutes for a varied, healthy and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
