Description
Food supplement indicated in cases of reduced dietary intake or increased need for these elements. Biotin, selenium and zinc contribute to the maintenance of normal hair. Copper contributes to normal hair pigmentation. Vitamin C contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Methyl Sulfonyl Methane (MSM), Plantago lanceolata L. leaves es 2% verbacoside; anti-caking agent: calcium phosphates; Linum usitatissimum L. (linseed) seeds es 20% lignans; bulking agent: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids; Camellia sinensis (L.) Kuntze (green tea) leaves es 98% polyphenols of which 40% EGCG (epigallocatechin gallate), L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), Pinus pinaster Ait. bark es 99% phytosterols-75% beta-sitosterols, Elaeis guineensis Jacq. oil 20% total tocotrienols powder, zinc oxide, selenomethionine, copper gluconate; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; biotin.

How to use
Take 1 tablet daily on a full stomach.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years. Do not consume a daily amount equal to or greater than 800 mg of (-)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate. The product should not be consumed if other products containing green tea are consumed on the same day. The product should not be consumed on an empty stomach. The product should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women and by minors under 18 years of age. Use is not recommended for women of childbearing age and for pre-pubescent subjects of both sexes. Food supplements should not be considered as substitutes for a varied, healthy and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
