Description
Food supplement that, through the action of melatonin, promotes the reduction of the time required to fall asleep. The desired effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.
Melatonin reduces the time it takes to fall asleep.
Ingredients
Myo-inositol Amytol; bulking agents; microcrystalline cellulose, maltodextrin; sweetener: sorbitol; cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, vegetable stearin; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; melatonin.
