Food supplement indicated in cases of increased need or reduced dietary intake of the nutrients it contains, based on myo-inositol, D-chiro-inositol, vitamin D, folate (calcium L-methylfolate) and melatonin.
Ingredients
Myo-inositol; bulking agent: erythritol; D-chiro-inositol, vitamin D (cholecalciferol), melatonin, folate (calcium L-methylfolate), natural flavouring; acidifier: citric acid; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide.
Gluten free.
Naturally lactose free.

We recommend taking 1 sachet per day, to be dissolved directly in the mouth or in a glass of water (150 ml).
