Description
Food supplement based on theanine, melatonin, valerian, KSM-66 ashwagandha. With sweeteners.
Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime. Valerian promotes relaxation and sleep in case of stress. Ashwagandha acts as a tonic in case of physical and mental fatigue and promotes relaxation and mental well-being.

Ingredients
Sweeteners: xylitol, mannitol, steviol glycosides; L-theanine; bulking agent: cellulose; flavouring, valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) root dry extract titrated at 0.8% in valerenic acids, corn starch, ashwagandha (Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal) root dry extract titrated at 5% in withanolides; anti-caking agents: cross-linked saccharin carboxymethylcellulose, magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; acidifier: citric acid; melatonin.

Gluten and lactose free. Sugar free (<0.5 g/100 g).

How to use
Take 1-2 tablets per day. The tablet dissolves in the mouth, upon contact with saliva; do not chew.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be considered a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Excessive consumption may produce laxative effects.

Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources, at a controlled temperature not exceeding 25°C.
Validity with intact packaging: 36 months.
