Description
Food supplement based on B vitamins (B12, B6, thiamine, riboflavin, and niacin) which contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and pantothenic acid which contributes to normal mental performance. With antioxidant and tonic mate extract (physical, mental fatigue). Formulated with citicoline, phosphatidylserine, L-carnitine, and taurine.

Bulking agent: isomalt; citicoline, L-carnitine; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; mate (Ilex paraguariensis A. St.-Hill.) leaf d.e. tit. 4% caffeine, flavor, nicotinamide (niacin), taurine, phosphatidylserine, calcium D-pantothenate (pantothenic acid); sweetener: sucralose; pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2), cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12).

Directions for use
Take 1 sachet (2 g) per day. The product can be taken without water by placing it directly on the tongue so that it dissolves in the mouth. Alternatively, dissolve the contents of the sachet in a glass of water (approximately 200 ml), stirring until completely dissolved.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be intended as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. The product is not suitable for consumption by children. Contains caffeine (2 mg/daily dose). Not recommended for children, during pregnancy and breastfeeding. It is recommended not to exceed a caffeine intake of 400 mg per day from all sources. Do not take the product before driving or in the hours immediately preceding sleep and in conjunction with alcohol consumption. Excessive consumption may have laxative effects.
Storage
Store in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight and localized heat sources. The minimum shelf life refers to the product correctly stored in an intact package.
