Soffix Stretch Plaster on a Spool
Description
Stretchable non-woven plaster for extensive area fixation.
Spool made of flexible non-woven fabric, protected by siliconized paper.
The transverse extensibility of the non-woven fabric that forms the backing makes the dressing particularly suitable for fixing dressings on extensive areas or joints.
It has a very conformable adhesive backing that adapts to the contours of the skin to ensure patient comfort during application.
The perforation of the backing and the uniform but porous spreading of the adhesive ensure proper air and vapor passage, respecting skin perspiration.
The dressing can be cut to the desired size to ensure comfortable and immediate use.
It is radiolucent, meaning it is not visible by X-rays.
Warnings
Use the plaster with clean and dry hands, not directly on wounds.
Ensure the skin is intact, clean, and dry.
Do not use on patients allergic to acrylic adhesives to avoid the risk of skin irritation.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place.
Shelf life unopened: 60 months.
