Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep; the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed. Melatonin helps alleviate the effects of jet lag; the beneficial effect is obtained by taking at least 0.5 mg of melatonin before going to bed, the day before the trip and for a few days after arriving at the destination.
Hop extract contributes to relaxation and can be useful in cases of stress or sleep disturbance.

Ingredients
Hop (Humulus lupulus L.) strobili d.e. titrated to 0.4% total flavonoids; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; melatonin Micro-SR (stabilizers: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; sodium alginate, microcrystalline cellulose, carnauba wax, melatonin) titrated to 3% melatonin; coating agents: polyvinyl alcohol, calcium carbonate, polyethylene glycol, talc, black pepper (Piper nigrum L.) fruit d.e.; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; color: E120.

Gluten-free.
Naturally lactose-free.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take one tablet in the evening, half an hour before going to bed, and preferably between 10 p.m. and midnight.
