Description
The 4-cereal cream does not require cooking and is an ideal base for preparing baby food.
Easy to prepare, does not create lumps.
It is recommended from the 6th month of the child unless otherwise advised by the pediatrician.
Ingredients
Cereal flours [ wheat (50%), rice (19%), barley (17%), oats (11%)], calcium phosphates, calcium carbonate, vitamin C, niacin, pantothenic acid, riboflavin, thiamine, vitamin B6.
May contain traces of mustard , soy .
Nutritional characteristics
How to use
The 4 Cereal Cream does not require cooking. It can be prepared with either broth or milk.
- With broth: Gradually pour 3-4 tablespoons of product into 180-200 ml of hot broth, stirring with a whisk for a few moments.
To complete the baby food, choose from the Plasmon homogenized or freeze-dried varieties and add a teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil.
- With milk: Gradually pour 3-4 tablespoons of product into 180-200 ml of hot milk, continuing to mix with a whisk for a few moments.
Conservation
Store at room temperature, in a cool, dry place.
Validity with intact packaging: 12 months.
