The bronze drawing, combined with the selection of specific varieties of rice, gives the pasta the right roughness to best retain the sauce and the right consistency for a pleasant bite.
Ingredients
Refined semi-raw rice flour (99.5%); emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids.
Contains traces of: soy and lupin .
Gluten, milk, egg free.

How to use
Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water, approximately 1 litre of water for every 100g of pasta.
Follow the cooking times indicated on the individual packages.
