Inulin, D-mannose; stabilizer: erythritol; potassium citrate tribasic, magnesium citrate dibasic, flavoring, hesperidin, Lactobacillus crispatus LCR31 NCMI5095; anti-caking agent: cilicium dioxide; diosmin; sweetener: sucralose.
Gluten free.
Naturally lactose free.

It is recommended to take 1 sachet dissolved in water 1 to 3 times a day.
