Description
Vitamin D3 supplement that helps maintain healthy bones, normal calcium and phosphorus absorption, and normal immune system function. With Icelandic Lichen extract, useful for the body's normal defenses. For adults and children.
Suitable for vegans.
Ingredients
Bulking agents: mannitol, microcrystalline cellulose; Icelandic lichen [Cetraria islandica (L.) Ach.] thallus dry extract; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, magnesium salts of fatty acids; corn starch, vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), flavouring; sweetener: steviol glycosides from stevia.
Gluten and lactose-free.

Directions for use
Adults: 1 tablet daily (2,000 IU/day).
Children 3-10 years: 1 tablet every 5 days (400 IU/day).
Adolescents, pregnant and breastfeeding women: 1 tablet every 4 days (500 IU/day).
For better absorption, it is recommended to take it on a full stomach.
Warnings
