Description
Product with a high content of L-5-methylfolate for the dietary management of subjects with hyperhomocysteinemia resulting from a proven genetic deficiency of methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase. L-5-methylfolate in the presence of specific coenzymes, vitamin B12, B6, B2 and zinc, is able to provide the methyl group necessary for the reconversion of homocysteine into methionine even in the presence of the genetic defect.
Ingredients
Betaine hydrochloride; bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, hydroxypropylcellulose; zinc citrate; stabilizer: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), calcium L-5-methylfolate, vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).

It is recommended to take 1 tablet per day.
Warnings
The product must be used under medical supervision. The product is not suitable for use as a sole source of nutrition. Due to the high folate content, the product is contraindicated for subjects who do not have hyperhomocysteinemia. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place away from heat sources.
