They provide essential nutrients for physical well-being (vitamins and minerals, proteins, carbohydrates and lipids). They contain 12 vitamins and 11 minerals to avoid feelings of tiredness and drops in performance. Water consumption is essential: it is recommended to drink about two liters of water a day.
