SenSura Mio Convex Flip

Coloplast SenSura Mio Convex Flip is a one-piece pouch indicated for the collection of faeces from subjects with a urostomy.
The bag has an open bottom and is equipped with a resealable and retractable tap.
The color of the bag is innovative and discreet, specially designed to not be visible under clothing.
The transparent bags allow complete visibility of the contents on the front, while on the back they are covered with fabric for greater comfort in contact with the skin.
The soft material tap allows it to be connected to most leg and bed collection devices. It can be closed and positioned under the hidden pocket to ensure greater discretion and safety.
The adhesive, designed thanks to BodyFit Technology, is elastic, of new conception and made up of two layers; it has the shape of a five-petal star and its elastic structure guarantees adhesion, safety and protection of the skin:
- in the innermost layer the special network structure incorporates small hydrocolloids: in contact with the excretions it transforms into a cohesive and compact gel, with high resistance to erosion. This creates a protective seal that reduces the onset of infiltrations together with the maintenance of the correct gradient of skin humidity, promoting tissue repair;
- in the part closest to the stoma the adhesive is equipped with a ring that gives stability and support to the stoma;
- in the outermost layer the elastic capacity of the adhesive allows this layer to adapt perfectly to the irregularities of the skin offering high instant adhesion and consequent safety in use;
- The sticker has a simple cutting guide: the cutting circles are soft, there are different cutting sizes with strong contrasts for users with poor vision, the circles do not intersect.
The product has a turquoise colored adhesive removal tab for greater visibility, and an easy-grip thumb grip.
The bag is equipped with a new circular filtering system. The filter consists of a very large and circular pre-filter area that allows it to block any type of effluent before it comes into contact with the filter membranes. This prevents blockage. The filter is made of activated carbon positioned inside the bag itself in the front part under the inspection pocket and ensures deodorization.
Warnings
This is a medical device pursuant to Directive 93/42/EEC - class I - non-sterile.
No contraindications.
Valid for 3 years from date of production.
The product does not contain ecotoxic components and therefore does not require special disposal protocols.
Do not dispose of in the environment as it is not biodegradable.

We recommend storing in the original intact packaging away from light and humidity, at a constant temperature between 15° and 30°.
