Description
SenSura Mio Flex, 2-piece system with adhesive attachment – coated ileostomy pouch, is a system indicated for the collection of stoma output.
This is a medical device according to Directive 93/42/EEC.
Pouch:
- it has an open bottom with a Hide-away opening type. This closure system allows the closure to be folded over itself and secured with the two side flaps to a velcro point located beneath the fabric. This ensures maximum discretion of the pouch, reducing its size; - it is available in two different sizes: midi and maxi - see code table; - it is available with an inspectable opening. The inspectable version is made of an innovative fabric called Ökotex. It features an opening beneath which there is a transparent film that allows viewing of the stoma. The back is made of fabric. The color of the pouch is innovative and discreet, specifically designed to be invisible under clothing.
The pouch features a new circular filtering system. The filter consists of a very large circular pre-filter area that allows it to block any type of effluent before it comes into contact with the filtering membranes. This prevents obstruction. The filter is made of activated carbon positioned inside the pouch itself at the front under the inspectable pocket and ensures deodorization.
The pouch is equipped with an adhesive flange that adheres to the floating flange of the plate.
Single-use product.
Does not contain Latex.
Does Not Contain Phthalates.

Storage
Store in the original intact packaging, protected from light and humidity, at a constant temperature between 15 °C and 30 °C.
The product does not contain ecotoxic components and therefore does not require special disposal protocols. Do not disperse in the environment as it is not biodegradable.
Validity in intact packaging: 3 years from the date of production.
