Ready-to-use insecticide bait (PT18) in a trap for ant control.
FORMINIX GEL is a practical, ready-to-use insecticide bait in a trap specifically for controlling ants such as the black garden ant (Lasius niger), Argentine ant (Linepithema humile), ghost ant (Tapinoma melanocephalum, indoor use only), and pharaoh ant (Monomorium pharaonic, indoor use only). Attracted by the sugary bait in the trap, ants feed on it and also carry it back to the nest, leading to a significant reduction in their activity within a few days and control of the infestation in 2-6 weeks. FORMINIX GEL contains a bittering agent that makes it unpleasant to people and animals. Each trap contains 2 grams of bait (0.6 g of imidacloprid).

Instructions for use
FORMINIX GEL can be applied wherever ants are found: in indoor environments such as kitchens, living rooms, cellars, and in outdoor environments such as terraces, balconies, walkways, courtyards, and garages.
Before use, always read the label and product information and follow all provided instructions.
Puncture the aluminum foil to activate FORMINIX GEL.
For indoor use, place one trap horizontally where ants are seen searching for food, typically under doors and windows or in cracks and crevices. The trap should be placed on or near the ants' transit routes. If the infestation is severe, use two traps per location. Do not use more than 2 traps per location or ant transit route.
For outdoor use, place one trap horizontally, protected from rain, in areas where ant activity is evident, i.e., on or near the ants' transit routes. If the infestation is severe, use two traps per location. Do not use more than 2 traps per location or ant transit route.
DO NOT USE on bare ground, lawns, or flowerbeds.
Traps should be placed away from direct sunlight and heat sources (e.g., do not place under a radiator).
Check bait points once a week.
Replace traps every 12 weeks, avoiding continuous use of the product.
If treatment is ineffective, inform the registration holder. If the infestation persists despite following the instructions on the label, contact a pest control professional.
DO NOT USE in places where food, feed, or water may be contaminated by the product.
PLACE BAITS IN LOCATIONS INACCESSIBLE to children and animals.
Wash hands and exposed skin after using the product and before eating, drinking, or smoking.
When the product is used in areas surrounding buildings, do not apply near drains and downspouts. If the treated area is connected to rainwater harvesting or drainage systems, use only in areas not subject to submersion or wetting, i.e., protected from rain, floods, and cleaning water.
Dangerous to bees. Protect the trap from the elements (rain, wind) and from contact with bees by using, for example, a pot or a tile, while ensuring that ants can access the bait. Do not apply the trap on bare ground used by ants as a thoroughfare. If the infestation is not controlled, a new application may be necessary.

Move away from the contaminated area. Transport and place the injured person in a stable position (lying on their side). Immediately remove contaminated clothing and dispose of it safely.
INGESTION: contact a Poison Control Center. Rinse mouth with water. Seek medical attention immediately if symptoms appear and/or if large quantities of the product have been ingested. If unconscious, place the injured person in the recovery position and seek medical attention immediately. Do not administer liquids and do not induce vomiting. Have the product container or label at hand.
SKIN CONTACT: remove contaminated clothing and footwear. Wash contaminated skin with soap and water. Contact a Poison Control Center if symptoms appear.
Seek medical attention immediately if skin irritation occurs and persists. EYE CONTACT: immediately rinse eyes with water, also under the eyelids, for at least 15 minutes.

Storage
Store in the original container, in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated place. Protect from frost. Keep the container closed in a safe place and away from direct sunlight.
Store in a place inaccessible to children, birds, pets, and farm animals. The user of the product is also responsible towards third parties for any damage that may result from improper use thereof.
