Description
Multicomponent product capable of providing prolonged relief and protection from the symptoms of dry eye caused by chronic tear dysfunction. It contains important components naturally present in the eye and tears and helps to compensate for a tear deficit and rebalance the tear film so that it can perform its function and provide the necessary protection. It alleviates numerous symptoms and general manifestations of chronic tear dysfunction such as: burning, dry eyes, foreign body sensation, redness and/or pain due to inflammation. Artelac Rebalance helps to integrate the tear film through an immediate soothing lubricating action that allows to relieve ocular discomfort and at the same time promote the well-being of the ocular surface providing prolonged relief and protection. Artelac Rebalance contains important components, physiologically present in the eye and tears such as sodium hyaluronate, a powerful hydrating agent that binds water and electrolytes (potassium, magnesium, sodium and calcium) to the ocular surface to obtain greater hydration and relief. Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) gives the product its pink color that fades quickly when blinking and does not stain clothing or contact lenses. It has been created with two substances (sodium hyaluronate and PEG 8000) to allow for longer-lasting relief.
Ingredients
Artelac Rebalance 0.15% hyaluronic acid (as sodium hyaluronate), 0.5% polyethylene glycol 8000 (PEG 8000), potassium chloride, calcium chloride, magnesium chloride, sodium chloride, vitamin B12, water for injections, boric acid and Oxyd 0.06% (sodium and potassium hydrogen chlorite), a specific non-aggressive preservative which, upon contact with the surface of the eye, transforms into oxygen, water and mineral salts.
How to use
Instill one drop of product into the eye 3 to 5 times a day or more frequently if necessary. It is compatible with all types of contact lenses and can be instilled even when wearing them.
Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
Conservation
Store at a temperature not exceeding +25°C.
Validity after opening : 2 months.
