EYE DROPS

Description
Eye drops based on hyaluronic acid, glycerin and distilled vegetable waters.
Compatible with contact lens wear.
Medical device for ophthalmic use consisting of an isotonic, sterile solution, at physiological pH, based on hyaluronic acid, glycerin and distilled vegetable waters. The combination of hyaluronic acid and glycerin gives the product a protective, hydrating and humectant action.
It is a refreshing solution indicated for those who suffer from occasional dry eyes or poor tear production. It relieves redness and eye fatigue by protecting the eye from environmental and atmospheric factors or visual stress.

How to use
Instill 2/3 drops in each eye, 2-3 times a day or as directed by your doctor.
1. Open the aluminum bag.
2. Wash your hands thoroughly.
3. Separate the single-dose vial from the strip and open it by rotating the cap.
4. Gently press the body to the single-dose vial and instill 2/3 drops.
5. After instillation, immediately close the vial and reuse the residual contents within the next 12 hours.
6. Keep unused vials in the aluminum pouch until the contents are finished.
7. The vial product is for single-patient use to avoid possible contamination.
8. The product is compatible with contact lenses.

Components
Hyaluronic acid 0.15%, glycerin 0.2%, distilled water of Vaccinium myrtillus, distilled water of Hamamelis virginiana, distilled water of Chamomile recutita, distilled water of Euphrasia officinalis, sodium chloride, sodium phosphate dibasic dodecahydrate, sodium phosphate monobasic monohydrate, purified water.

Warnings
- The product is for ophthalmic use only, do not ingest or use otherwise than as directed.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- During instillation, do not touch the eye or other surfaces with the dispensing end of the vial.
- Do not use the product in case of known incompatibility with even just one component of the formulation.
- If necessary, check with your optician whether the eye drops are compatible with the contact lenses you are using.
- In case of adverse reactions during use, discontinue treatment and consult a doctor.
- If necessary, consult your doctor for use in pediatric age and for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
- Any administration of drugs and medical devices for ophthalmic use should be carried out under the supervision of a doctor who can evaluate the possible interactions.
- In case of compromised ocular surface or damaged cornea, consult your doctor.
- Do not use the product after the expiry date indicated on the package.
- In the event of any complaint or serious incident occurring in relation to the device, it is necessary to report the incident to the manufacturer and to the competent authority of the Member State in which the user resides.

Conservation
Validity with intact packaging: 36 months.
Validity after opening: 12 hours.
