Medical device indicated for moistening and hydrating the ocular surface and contact lenses.
HYABAK is a sterile, phosphate-free, hypotonic solution with neutral pH.
The solution is supplied in a multi-dose ABAK bottle. This innovative and patented device dispenses the eye drops through a 0.2 mcm filter, preventing any bacterial contamination of the solution without the use of preservatives.
Therefore, HYABAK is gentle on the eyes as it is free from preservatives.
The absence of preservatives allows for the protection of ocular tissues and also does not cause reactions in users sensitive to preservatives.
HYABAK is recommended to moisten and hydrate the eye in case of feeling of dryness or eye fatigue caused by external factors such as wind, smoke, pollution, dust, dry heat, air conditioning, air travel, prolonged work at the computer. It gives immediate relief to the eyes, all day long.
HYABAK is also recommended for contact lens wearers. It lubricates and moisturizes the lenses making it easier to position or remove and use contact lenses throughout the day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be considered a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. The main ingredient of HYABAK is sodium hyaluronate, a natural polysaccharide present in the human eye that contains water to moisturize and lubricate the surface of the eye. It keeps the solution on the surface of the eye providing long-term relief and shortening the healing time of the ocular surface.
HYABAK also contains actinoquinol (agent with anti-UV properties).
How to use
When using HYABAK for the first time, the first drop takes longer to come out due to the bottle's filtering system.
Replace the cap on the bottle after use.
- To moisten and hydrate the eye
Dosage: 1 drop in each eye, as often as needed throughout the day.
Apply one drop to the hollow of the eyelid, gently pulling down the lower eyelid and looking up.
Gently close your eye after application.
- To lubricate and moisturize contact lenses
Dosage: 1 drop on each lens when inserted and removed, as often as needed throughout the day.
Before applying contact lenses, simply place a drop inside the lens while it is on your finger.
Insert your lenses as usual and blink a few times to allow the solution to settle, ensuring even distribution of HYABAK on the eye and contact lens surface.

Warnings
Do not inject or ingest.
Do not use HYABAK if you are allergic to any of its ingredients.
