Description
Wetting eye drops to hydrate and protect the surface of the eye, with hyaluronic acid and allantoin. For long-lasting relief from dryness, inflammation and mild irritation. Thanks to its composition, it promotes cell regeneration. Sterile solution, phosphate-free, preservative-free. Pleasant, well-tolerated and long-acting. Suitable for hard and soft contact lenses.
It can be used in the following indications:
-in dry eyes caused for example by Sjögren's syndrome or by taking medications.
-in the presence of environmental stress, for example from air conditioning, wind, cold, dry air or air pollution, e.g. from cigarette smoke.
-in case of fatigue and visual stress caused by prolonged viewing, for example long periods of work at the computer, microscope or during long car journeys.
-under mechanical stress, such as wearing hard or soft contact lenses or due to diagnostic procedures on the eye.

How to use
For external use only.
1) Before first use, write the opening date in the space provided on the bottle label. Wash your hands and remove the protective cap before each use.
2) Before using the SafeDrop bottle for the first time, press it several times until the first drop is released. Hold the bottle upside down, as shown in the illustration. Avoid any contact of the dropper tip with your fingers or your eye.
3) Hold the bottle as shown in the figure. Make sure your thumb rests on the large, circular, non-slip finger rest.
4) Now tilt your head back slightly and pull the lower eyelid away from your eye slightly with your free hand. Instill one or two drops of Hylo-Vision SafeDrop Plus into the conjunctival sac of each eye by activating the pump mechanism once or twice. Make sure that the bottle is held vertically. Close your eyes slowly, so that Hylo-Vision Safe-Drop Plus can spread evenly over the surface of the eye.
Alternatively, if you are using eye drops with contact lenses, apply one or two drops to each contact lens before inserting them into your eyes, rather than putting the drops directly into your eyes.
Hylo-Vision SafeDrop Plus can also be used while wearing contact lenses. After use, the multidose container must be closed with the protective cap.

Components
Highly purified sodium hyaluronate (0.20%), allantoin, sodium chloride, citrate buffer, purified water.

Warnings
-Do not use if the SafeDrop multidose container is damaged.
-Do not touch your eye with the dropper tip, to avoid eye infections or injuries.
-Do not touch the dropper tip with other objects or parts of your body.
-Do not use as the sole treatment for an eye infection.
-Do not use the eye drops after the expiry date, which is indicated on each SafeDrop® vial and on the folding box.
-A single multidose container should not be used by more than one patient.
-Hylo-Vision SafeDrop Plus is not suitable as a storage liquid for contact lenses.
-Hylo-Vision SafeDrop Plus must be kept out of reach of children.
-If symptoms persist while using Hylo-Vision SafeDrop, consult your eye doctor.
-Do not use in the presence of hypersensitivity (allergy) to one of the components.
-Suitable for use in adolescents and adults.
-Pregnant and breastfeeding women and young children should consult their doctor before using Hylo-Vision SafeDrop Plus. Side effects :
-After application, temporary impairment of visual acuity (blurred vision) may occur. In this case, do not drive or operate machinery. It is recommended to wait until normal visual acuity is restored.
-After applying the eye drops, transient symptoms, such as mild burning in the eyes, may appear immediately.

Conservation
Store at temperatures between +5°C and +25°C.
Protect from frost and direct sunlight.
