Chaste tree (Vitex agnus-castus L., fruits) tit. 0.5% agnoside; thickeners: microcrystalline cellulose, corn starch; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate; capsule constituent: vegetable gelatin (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose).
Gluten free.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1-2 capsules twice a day, with plenty of water.
