Ingredients
Fermented red rice (fermentation of the fungus Monascus purpureus Went. on Oryza sativa L. seeds) es tit. 5% monacolin K, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (capsule); bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; corn starch; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.
Gluten free.

How to use
We recommend taking 1 capsule per day, after dinner, with plenty of water.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements are not intended to replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach and sight of children under three years of age.
Additional warning: Do not take during pregnancy or breastfeeding, in children under 18 years of age and in adults over 70 years of age. Consult a doctor if any health problems arise after taking the product. Do not take if you are taking cholesterol-lowering drugs. Do not take if you are already taking other products containing red yeast rice.
It is recommended not to consume more than 3 mg of red rice monacolins per day.
