Hot-Cold Gel
Description
Practical reusable gel cushion suitable for heating (hot water and microwave) or cooling (freezer) for non-pharmacological pain relief. With practical cloth pocket for application.
How to use
- Cold : place in the freezer for at least 1.5-2 hours. Remove, insert the sachet into the appropriate cloth pocket and apply to the affected area.
- Hot : immerse in boiling water for up to 5 minutes. Remove, dry, insert the sachet into the appropriate cloth pocket and apply to the affected area. Or place the sachet in the microwave for up to 1 minute at 650 W. Remove, insert the sachet into the appropriate cloth pocket and apply to the affected area.
How to use
- Cold : bruises, sprains, traumas, hyperthermia and in all cases where cryotherapy and the use of cold are required.
- Heat : lumbago, stiff neck, rheumatism, hypothermia and in all cases where the application of heat is necessary.
Warnings
For external use.
Do not apply to broken skin.
