Long-lasting warm sensation ideal for sports practice. Helps relieve stiffness and tension, and perform a relaxing massage.
How to use
Shake the roller well and apply it to the painful joints or muscles (back, neck, shoulders, elbows, wrists, hands, hips, knees, thighs, calves, ankles, feet, etc.) 3 times a day. The massage ball is ideal for self-massage of painful areas that promote muscle relaxation. It is also possible to use a larger quantity of product and complete with a manual massage, in this case wash your hands after use.
