Instructions for use
Shake the roller well and apply to sore joints or muscles (back, neck, shoulders, elbows, wrists, hands, hips, knees, thighs, calves, ankles, feet, etc.) 3 times a day. The massaging ball is ideal for self-massaging painful areas, which promotes muscle relaxation. You can also use a larger amount of product and follow up with a manual massage; in this case, wash your hands after use.
