Description
Sterile single-use dressing to promote the healing of skin lesions.
Thanks to the presence of manuka honey and adelmidrol, Repy Dress HA promotes proper skin healing of lesions of any origin (e.g.: traumatic, surgical, burns, avulsions, from scratching).
Repy Dress HA is a sterile single-use gauze made of 100% pure cotton soaked in a solution of medical-grade manuka honey and adelmidrol.
The monofloral manuka honey helps maintain the right moisture during healing. Additionally, it controls the development of surface microflora, thanks to the high content of methylglyoxal (MGO), a natural antimicrobial agent in honey that has proven effective in reducing bacterial biofilm. Adelmidrol, a water-soluble analogue of palmitoylethanolamide, can optimize healing and improve the elasticity of skin tissues. It also has a soothing and anti-redness action.

Instructions for use
- Clean the injured area and apply a thin layer of Repy Gel before applying the dressing.
- Open the package and remove one of the two protective films.
- Apply the side of the gauze without film to the affected skin surface; then remove the second protective film.
- Secure the dressing with a self-adhesive bandage.
- Replace daily in case of abundant exudate; reduce the frequency of replacement as the re-epithelialization process progresses and exudates decrease. Replace at most every 3 days (or sooner if the dressing is completely dry).
- Apply a thin layer of Repy Gel each time the dressing is replaced.
- Remove the dressing slowly and gently, using tweezers or two fingers (preferably wearing sterile gloves). If the dressing is adhered to the area, moisten with sterile saline solution before proceeding with removal.
Storage
Store at room temperature.
Validity with intact packaging: 36 months.
