Description
Fixed ankle brace.
Immobilization following trauma or surgery to the tibiotarsal joint.
Severe and moderate ankle sprain.
Metatarsal fracture.
Soft tissue trauma and inflammatory or infectious pathologies requiring immobilization.
Re-education and rehabilitation phase.
Immobilization of the right-angle tibiotarsal joint.
Monocoque with rigid lateral uprights to promote joint stability.
High-density foam footbed provides heel cushioning.
Three Velcro fastening straps on the leg and two on the foot to ensure tibio-tarsal immobilization.
Padded boot with the possibility of inserting local reinforcements to protect the leg and foot.
Non-slip rounded sole for easier walking.
Quick and easy to wear, it allows for rapid removal during therapeutic treatments.
How to use
1. Open the straps with Velcro fastening, remove the removable internal padding and fit it around the foot and calf.
2. To increase comfort, the supplied pads can be inserted inside the padding and near the ankles.
3. Close the padding using the Velcro fasteners.
4. Insert the foot into the boot, slightly spreading the vertical supports. The heel must be pushed towards the back so that it is firmly in place. Position the leg in line with the vertical supports.
5. Remove the protective strips from the supports to secure the padding to the boot.
6. Close the shin straps starting from the bottom to obtain a comfortable stabilization. Then close the two straps on the top of the foot.
