Description
Gluten-free piadina, soft and fragrant. Product of absolute quality, with extra virgin olive oil, naturally lactose-free. Ready to heat.
Ingredients
Piadina preparation, water, corn starch, deglutinated wheat starch, extra virgin olive oil 6%, salt; raising agents: disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate; corn starch; preservative: sorbic acid.
Gluten free.
Naturally lactose free.

How to use
The piadina is ready to heat. Just a minute on the Testo (or a non-stick pan) and it is ready to be enjoyed with any filling, from cheese to cured meats, from vegetables to meat and fish. Also try it as a base for pizza. You just need to fill it with tomato and mozzarella and bake it at 220°C. When the edge is golden, after about 5 minutes, it is ready.

Store in a cool, dry place.
