MOTHER TINTUREHow to use:
30-40 drops, 2-3 times a day.
In the treatment of dysmenorrhea, administer TM within 7 days preceding menstruation.
Mother tinctures are generally diluted in a little still water and the liquid should be held under the tongue for about 1 minute to aid absorption. The water can also be warmed; in this way the preparation will be better activated and absorbed more easily.
