Description
Food supplement based on psyllium and guar gum, with L-tryptophan and fennel extract.
Psyllium has an emollient and soothing action on the digestive system and is useful for regular intestinal transit.
Fennel extract contributes to regular gastrointestinal motility and the elimination of gas.
Ingredients
Psyllium 3 g, guar gum PHGG 500 mg, L-tryptophan 300 mg, fennel extract 50 mg.
Gluten free.
How to use
It is recommended to take 1 to 3 sachets per day. Take at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after medications.
Pour the contents of one sachet into a glass, dissolve in at least 200 ml of water or any non-carbonated drink, mix well until the product is completely dissolved and consume immediately after preparation.
