Description
Salty product from the oven, partially cooked, ready to garnish. Frozen, specifically formulated for celiacs. Product obtained by mixing the ingredients, shaping, leavening, baking, cooling to room temperature, packaging and further rapid cooling to a temperature below -18 °C.
Ingredients
Rice starch, water, corn starch, mashed potato flakes, rice flour, corn flour, extra virgin olive oil, egg powder, dried glucose syrup, dextrose, salt, brewer's yeast, soy protein concentrate, sugar, psyllium seed husk powder, sugar beet syrup, ground roasted lentils, yeast extract, concentrated black grape juice; thickeners: guar seed flour, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, xanthan gum; acidity regulators: sodium diacetate and citric acid.
May contain traces of milk .
Gluten free.

How to use
Defrost the product at room temperature for about 10 minutes or in the microwave, garnish as desired and cook in a traditional oven preheated to 210 °C for about 6 minutes.
