Description
A formula based on plants and nutrients to provide a complete treatment for the physical and psychological discomfort associated with perimenopause and menopause.
A plant complex specifically selected for women's daily well-being, without hormones.
Black cohosh, recognized for its ability to help alleviate discomfort associated with menopause, such as hot flashes and night sweats, is combined with 2 adaptogenic plants from the Climaphyto complex: saffron, which helps reduce irritability and improve sleep, and Ashwagandha, which improves resistance to stress and helps to feel more energetic in cases of temporary fatigue. Essential nutrients for better bone health: calcium and vitamin D3 help reduce bone mineral density loss in menopausal women. Low bone mineral density is a risk factor for osteoporotic fractures. The beneficial effect, in women aged 50 and over, is obtained with the consumption of at least 1,200 mg of calcium and 20 mcg of vitamin D3 from all food sources.

How to use
Reserved for adult women in perimenopause or menopause. 2 capsules daily, 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening, to be taken with a large glass of water during a meal, for optimal comfort both day and night. The treatment can be repeated.
Warnings
Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, if undergoing antidepressant treatment, or in cases of liver dysfunction or disease. For use and duration of intake, it is advisable to consult a doctor.
