Description
Food supplement with Griffonia, which supports normal mood, relaxation (sleep), mental well-being, and hunger control, with antioxidant Pomegranate, with Dioscorea, which helps to counteract menopausal symptoms and menstrual cycle disorders, and with Cinnamon, which supports normal carbohydrate metabolism.

Ingredients
Bulking agents: cellulose, cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose; Moringa (Moringa oleifera Lam., leaves) d.e. titrated to 0.2% in alkaloids, Griffonia [Griffonia simplicifolia (DC.) Baill., seeds] d.e. titrated to 20% in 5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTTP), pomegranate (Punica granatum L., fruit) d.e. titrated to 40% in ellagic acid, Dioscorea (Dioscorea villosa L., rhizome) d.e. titrated to 10% in diosgenin, myo-inositol, cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum J.Presl., bark) d.e., quercetin; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide, talc.

Gluten-free.
Naturally lactose-free.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take one tablet per day, swallowed with plenty of water.
