Description
Food supplement to help control menopause symptoms: hot flashes, insomnia, and irritability.
Promotes sexual desire.
Hops and black cohosh help women counteract typical menopausal symptoms (hot flashes, night sweats, anxiety, and irritability). Tribulus and damiana promote sexual desire.

Ingredients
DAY capsule: fenugreek seed dry extract (60% saponins) (Trigonella foenum-graecum L.), vegetable capsule (coating agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), olive leaf dry extract (20% hydroxytyrosol) (Olea europaea L.), damiana leaf dry extract (Turnera di usa Wild. ex Schult.), Tribulus fruit dry extract (90% saponins) (Tribulus terrestris L.), nicotinamide (vitamin B3-niacin); bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; cholecalciferol (vitamin D); anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of vegetable fatty acids; dry ginkgo leaf extract (7% ginkgo-flavone glycosides) (Ginkgo biloba L.); anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; riboflavin (vitamin B2), thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1), sodium selenite.
NIGHT capsule: hop inflorescence dry extract (0.03% 8-Prenylnaringenin) (Humulus lupulus L.), vegetable capsule (coating agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; coloring agent: concentrated purple carrot juice), fenugreek seed dry extract (60% saponins) (Trigonella foenum-graecum L.), zinc gluconate, olive leaf dry extract (20% hydroxytyrosol) (Olea europaea L.); bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of vegetable fatty acids; Cimicifuga racemosa root dry extract (2.5% triterpene glycosides) (Cimicifuga racemosa L. Nutt.); anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), melatonin.

Directions for use
Take 1 DAY capsule in the morning, after breakfast, and 1 NIGHT capsule in the evening, preferably just before going to bed.
