NORMOCICLO 30 TABLETS
Normociclo
Description
Normociclo tablets are a dietary supplement with strong diuretic activity to combat water retention and cellulite blemishes, and regulatory activity on women's hormonal balance to improve symptoms related to premenstrual syndrome and climacteric (hot flashes).
Properties
Ortosiphon: a plant rich in antioxidants, it is a powerful natural diuretic. It increases the elimination of sodium, chlorine, and uric acid, combating water retention. It is considered a slimming dietary supplement as it promotes cholesterol concentration in the liver, reducing its blood levels. It is also recommended in the treatment of urinary tract inflammation. The effects of the plant are attributable to the presence of lipophilic flavonoids like sinensetin.
Pilosella (Hawkweed): it is primarily a powerful diuretic used in the treatment of cellulite blemishes, swollen ankles, lower limb edema, and water retention, especially if resulting from eating disorders or pharmacological treatments. It has choleretic and cholagogue action that contributes to liver detoxification. The plant is also attributed with an anti-inflammatory effect, as it inhibits the phospholipase A2 enzyme which, when activated, normally releases inflammation precursors. The presence of chlorogenic acid in the plant has slimming properties as it inhibits the release of hepatic glucose, shifting metabolism towards the utilization of fats from adipose tissue for energy production. Due to the presence of tannins, substances with antibiotic action, it is particularly useful as an adjuvant in cystitis.
Bromelain from pineapple: it is an enzyme with draining activity used in the treatment of cellulite. Its proteolytic, anti-inflammatory, anti-edematous, and anticoagulant properties are used to combat orange peel skin and swelling predominantly affecting the lower limbs. Bromelain can reduce tissue inflammation and dissolve edema caused by fluid stagnation, typical symptoms of cellulite or localized adiposity.
Magnesium oxide: it is a hygroscopic mineral, meaning it can draw in large quantities of liquids. In combination with orthosiphon, also known as Java tea, it performs an important purifying action, promoting the elimination of fluids and also improving intestinal function, acting as an osmotic laxative. The combination of magnesium oxide and orthosiphon is very useful for combating cellulite blemishes caused by water retention, a problem often found in women using the birth control pill, or the sensation of bloating that accompanies many women in the premenstrual period. Furthermore, magnesium has a beneficial effect on muscles, counteracting stiffness and improving resistance to fatigue.
Turmeric longa root: contains an active substance, curcumin, capable of reducing sugar absorption, thus controlling blood sugar levels. This helps prevent so-called glycemic peaks, which cause increased insulin production, the hormone that, by signaling an excess of sugars to the brain, slows down metabolism and leads to fat storage. It stimulates bile secretion and bile release, thus eliminating toxins through feces by increasing intestinal peristalsis. In this way, fat metabolization and reduction of blood cholesterol levels are also favored. Supplementation with turmeric, as part of a slimming diet, helps with excess body weight loss. Turmeric also has potent anti-inflammatory, anti-radical, and hepatoprotective action.
Chaste tree (Vitex agnus castus): it is used to harmonize a woman's hormonal balance, regulating the ovulatory system in the presence of amenorrhea and dysmenorrhea, and improving neurovegetative disorders such as hot flashes during menopause. It slows down the release of prolactin, a hormone that stimulates the mammary gland, which in some circumstances is responsible for mastodynia. It appears to act on rebalancing the estrogen/progesterone ratio in favor of the latter (the drop in this ratio in favor of estrogens, common in premenopause, can cause breast or abdominal bloating, cycle disorders, infertility, and weight gain). Therefore, it is indicated for premenstrual syndrome (with its physical and psychological manifestations), amenorrhea, hypermenorrhea, polymenorrhea, neuralgic breast pain, and vasomotor disorders of the climacteric (hot flashes).
