melatonin helps reduce the time required to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained with the intake of a minimum of 1 mg of melatonin;
Californian poppy is recognized for its beneficial effects on sleep quality, especially helping to reduce night-time awakenings.

Ingredients
Bulking agent: sorbitol; water; stabilizer: glycerol; ethanol, California poppy extract (Eschoscholzia californica Cham.), concentrated lemon juice [Citrus limon (L.) Burm. f.], melatonin, natural flavor; sweetener: steviol glycosides from stevia.

How to use
For adults only. Shake well before use. 2 sprays under the tongue during the night if waking up. Hold the bottle upright. For first use, prime the spray pump with 2-3 sprays.
