Food supplement composed of different titration complexes rich in natural precursors of serotonin and other pharmacologically active ingredients, whose synergies help to integrate and balance situations of particular need, such as stress and reduced resistance to pathogens. Serotonin is a neuromediator responsible for a balanced mood tone, involved in numerous physiological mechanisms. Chronologically its level may be lower in the evening hours, in the premenstrual period, in mood disorders with a mildly depressive tendency, which are often counteracted with the intake of sweet foods, in the menopause period with women who experience the unpleasant symptoms linked to changes in hormonal levels and sudden mood swings (hot flashes, profuse sweating, tachycardia and unmotivated crying).

Ingredients
Rhodiola rosea; hypericum perforatum; avena sativa; chrome.

How to use
1-2 tablets per day, unless advised by your doctor.

Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. St. John's wort extract is contraindicated in children and adolescents. Do not take during pregnancy or breastfeeding. If you are taking medications, seek medical advice before using the product because St. John's wort extract may interfere with their metabolism, also inhibiting their activity. Supplements should not be considered as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. The expiry date refers to the product in its intact packaging, stored correctly.

Store at room temperature, away from direct sources of heat, light and humidity.
