Ingredients
Cocoa (Theobroma cacao L. seeds) dry extract, lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L. leaves) dry extract, griffonia [Griffonia simplicifolia (D.C.) Baill. seeds] dry extract, saffron (Crocus sativus L. stigmas) dry extract, maltodextrin; anti-caking agent: micronized silica; casing: vegetable cellulose.

It is recommended to take 1 capsule in the morning and 1 in the evening with plenty of water.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet. It should be used as part of an adequate low-calorie diet following a healthy lifestyle with a good level of physical activity. If the diet is followed for prolonged periods, longer than three weeks, it is advisable to seek medical advice. As a precautionary measure, it is recommended not to use the product during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Inside the pill container there is a silica device suitable for contact with food to protect the product from humidity.
